Ok, for the start i cant port forward because i dont know my router login so i tried using somthing called remote.it and i dont know if it works or not since its not working. is there any free vpn or port forwarding programs i can use or do i have to use the router website?

If you want to port forward, you will have to login to your router to do so. You can try the default login and password (EX. Admin, Password, 1234)
Google is your friend, google the default login for your router and it will most likely get you in
