We have noticed that some members of the community are unsure about where/or how to report a player for in-game behaviour.
This post aims to clarify the correct reporting process and ensure that reports are handled efficiently.
- Please note that all player reports are handled exclusively through our Discord server - This allows us to maintain proper moderation logs.
Reporting Process
Once you join our Discord server, you will find a channel called #📋create-a-report - In this channel, you will see several buttons to start a report.
After selecting the appropriate button, you will be asked to answer a series of questions.
Please ensure that all fields are filled in accurately and completely
Please note that we only moderate our official servers
which are the orange servers listed at the very top of the server list.
- Reports concerning unofficial servers will not be handled.[1]
Moderation Team Are Volunteers
Please be aware that the BeamMP moderation team is entirely made up of volunteers.
We kindly ask all users to remain patient and respectful, as response times may vary depending on staff availability.
Evidence Requirements
All reports must include clear and valid evidence of the offending player.
When reporting in-game incidents, please provide:
- A FULL and UNEDITED screenshot or video clip
- The server name must be clearly visible
- The incident itself must be clearly shown
Reports without proper or sufficient evidence may not be actionable.
~ Video Guidelines
If you are submitting a video:
- The video must be playable directly in Discord
- Our staff will not download files (e.g.
.mkv) to review reports - If your video format is not supported, please upload it to a trusted streaming platform (such as YouTube) and provide the link in your report ticket
We would like to thank all players who help keep our servers fair and enjoyable by reporting issues and respecting the rules. Your contribution truly makes a difference !!
You must contact the owner/staff of this server so that the player can be punished ↩︎
