I cant see my friend moving on my private server

I cant see my friend moving on my private server we have tried redownloading restarting and running the game as administrator and nothing works.

i cant even see him moving on normal publics either

Is BeamMP your only loaded mod?

yes i made him delete all of his mods before we tried it

Could he try renaming his current folder to current_old?
