Hi. Is BeamMP/BeamNG an authorized application for your windows defender firewall?

This would indicate that traffic is being blocked to/from BeamMP, so, yes, please check your firewall.

Yes its authorized and still nothing

just to be sure: do you have 2 rules for beammp in the firewall? one for TCP and one for UDP?

They all are TCP

you need to add rules for UDP as well, same as the TCP ones but with UDP as protocol.
