• Disabling the firewall had no effect. Still the same error.
• I launch the game as Administrator every time.
• Yes, I can play as guest - but then I don’t have Admin in my server.

Yeah, building onto what Alex said, try disabling your firewall and running as admin. Lastly, can you play as a guest?

Not sure about that as it’s still under investigation. Check if your antivirus/firewall is messing with the launcher connecting correctly.
