Change your email associated to your Discord acount and Discord passwords, enable 2FA via Google Authenticator or sms. The ban will be lifted only after you reply here with a message regarding the completion of the 3 steps described above (don’t share personal info such as emails here).

i did all of the 3 steps. when it happened again i only had the 2fa enabled but not the sms but now i have all enabled
