Hello! is there any way to play BeamNG Drive multiplayer using BeamMP with older game versions?

There isnt a reason to do this, we specifically update BeamMP with the game BeamNG so all new features work properly

Is there an archive with older versions of beammp?

Update BeamNG to the latest version is the easiest way. There is no reason you should be running a later version. If you see the message “Version Newer than expected” that is normal.
