when i try to log into my account it just tells me in the launcher that the authentication has failed, i tried with support and even deleting and re-installing beammp but it never works. I have tried to reset my password but it never changes.
and yes, i can use a guest account. i think i may be banned or something else is happening
is it this account you’re writing from? then you’re not banned. are you using your username or email as login? try both. if it doesnt work you have to be doing something wrong when entering your password (different keyboard layout?)
