the beammp launcher closes all by itself when im trying to join a server from the direct connection
the beammp mod doesnt load even when its there

Hmm, go ahead and uninstall BeamMP from your single player repository, exit the game and then launch it again from the BeamMP launcher. This will download a new clean copy of the mod.
i did that more then 5 times idk the problem it never happend before on v29 , 30 and 31 this is new for me
Do you know where your version folder is? Try and rename your 0.32 folder to 0.32_bak then launch again. If it works as intended that means something got bugged with your user folder.
Refreshing your user folder clears a fair number if issues.

Ayyy! Glad I was able to help, sometimes your user folder will bug out either due to mods or updates, not sure which one it was in this case, but I’d assume an update since it stopped working between 0.31 and 0.32. Have a good one!
Oh, I forgot to mention, one side effect of this method is that you will take a while to load into maps for the first time again because the game needs to resave the local assets. So, when you go back into West Coast USA next it will take a minute to do that, then, the next time it will be normal again. Same for all other maps.
