It sais it’s not compatible with BeamNG drive version 0.35.0.0.
I also tried delete it from the /mods folder so it downloads again.
how to get it to work again?

Same issue here I cant play my beam server wish i never updated now 
You have 2 choices, waiting for the update of the MP launcher or you can just delete the new version of the beamng and install the good version of the game so the MP launcher can work
it’s easy on Steam, just watch a tuto on YouTube, no need to watch a tuto about beamng, every games works same
i tried using a older version and it put me on the oldest version and beam MP still dont work
