2 things. one; I am just a kid. I really need something like a cencorship, as rudeness gets on my nerves.
Two; I want better server management. I found a server that on the description it basically said to join any time, yet the people online were rude an swearing at me to go away.
I feel like something needs to be done about this.

I’m sorry you had that experience 
I recommend looking on our Discord for server that have proper moderation, or generally talking to others in the community to find servers that are moderated well.
Just my opinion on it - hope you find a nice place. You can alternatively try to ignore chat, or turn it off. We’re working on features like blocking people
