Can't connect with the louncher

Can anyone help me with this problem?

我遇到了类似的问题，在启动器中显示[ERROR] (Core) bind failed with error: 10013，我尝试了修复游戏和修改端口还有重装BeamMP，但是都没有作用

我貌似解决了，我在游戏内的设置中勾选了建议的设置，然后修改了端口为5555，并且修改了启动器目录下的Launcher.cfg文件，将端口同样修改为5555，重新启动启动器就可以连接上了

When you launch the game go to Repostory > MODS MANAGER > Click Deactivate all mods > Search “BeamMP” in mods list > activate the beamp mod. If that does not work then i dunno.
