Im in the server and we tried a bunch of servers and i cant see him move and he cant see me move but we can both see other people moving in the server and there cars.
Is BeamMP your only loaded mod?
Having the same issue over here! However its on my own server and we are the only ones playing. (2 Players)
We can also see each others cars reset.
Are you able to see people moving on official servers?
Yep! Everything is fine on official servers, just not my own.

Nope. Not on the same local network.
Did you use the ip that your friend is using for the test?
Yeah, I used the IP he is able to join through for the test.
Could you make a server support ticket in our discord server?
So after checking the rules set on Windows Defender Firewall. Then restarting and closing the program “Portmaster”. Everything works now! Turns out i accidentally set my TCP rule to UDP, after setting that rule back to TCP, everything works now. The checks come back as OK and I see my friend moving.
