Can't see other players vehicles

I cannot see other players vehicles or their dust or anything of the sort. It is just a black blob that I can go right through.
Any fixes or help???

The players are using modded vehicles that are not installed on the server or to your local game client. You need to speak to the server owner to have the vehicles installed to the server.

ive tried cars preinstalled in the game and still they are not able to see my car

That would indicate that traffic to/from BeamMP is being blocked by your ISP or your firewall settings. Please make sure BeamMP and BeamNG are fully allowed through your firewalls.
