Cant spawn cars in any server i join

Continuing the discussion from When i spawn in a car i start spectating another player and when i press tab i cant find my car:

I have the same issue, and it doesnt seem to matter what server I am in. The instant i spawn i car, i see it for a split second and then I am suddenly spectating another player.
I also get this error before joining any server

Hello, the error can be ignored, as for the issue with car spawning I believe official servers have since been fixed. If this is not an official server you might not have vehicle spawning permissions and should speak to the administrator of the server you are using.
