The chat should really be ON by default like the rest of the beamMP UI. currently beamng isnt completely playable without tinkering with some settings and alot of newplayers find themselves being stuck underground,on a rock or in the ocean. with the chat off by default i cant really tell them that they can just use Shift +C to enter noclip and F7 to spawn the car in a driveable spot.
