If a moderator is forcing your system to load other cars against your will without first telling you they’re going to… That’s extremely borderline and likely illegal. The issue comes up as I’m a victim of being almost crashed to a blue screen by a moderator abusing his power. Moderators do not have My consent to go into my system and force other people to load in against my will and my setup. I might have someone hidden for a reason, whether it’s bullying or other reasons and if you’re forcing my system to overwrite and load in. That’s breaking the law when done without my consent. This applies to all players. This applies to all players. If you give consent for a moderator to load in things for you, that’s one thing but if they are forcing the matter without your consent and they break your device. There are civil lawsuits that can happen. Be informed and stay safe and take online safety and your rights seriously. Dont let bullies or corrupt moderators ABUSE their power over you to brick your systems. If they do. Call them out! You don’t have to just take my word for it. Look it up. Look up the laws surrounding consent and privacy when it comes to certain devices because I paid for mine and I paid for my computer and I paid for the game. I did not pay for some loser I accidentally drive through to FORCE my entire pc to lock up. If people brick my pc or whatever theyre looking at giving me a new one that is at the very least the same quality and specs. I do not consent to people being low lifes towards me and forcing my system to load if I accidentally drive through them while they’re not loaded in. Thats wrong. Dont ever do that. And if anyone reading this is a victim of that. Speak up!
They need to remove the ability for cops and robbers moderators to do that because when they do that it happens not only without consent but also without warning. Randomminds at least says “hey im gonna render you all in and reload you”. Hes not malicious. There’s a CLEAR difference. Be informed. Stay safe. And DO NOT LET moderators abuse their power. Ever. Its your pc. You payed for it or its your parents. Idc. Protect it. Know your rights. Stay safe out there all of you.
that video is really helpful! thank you for that.
pro tip: if you dont want anyone ABUSE your computer, play singleplayer.
I already went back to single player after this stuff happened and I believe that nuclear night either needs to immediately remove what his moderators can do because that crosses a red line of consent and breaks the law… I’m going to avoid all the cops and robbers servers till further notice. I suggest you spread the word as well until things change. Stuff like that is stuff that’s really really bad for people especially moderators that have a trigger finger. Its very bad if you dont get explicit permission to force someone to load in. Let alone after doing so without consent to force “just get a better pc” in their face after nearly blue screening them. Like. My pc is over 1k… Brick it i will sue. I dont consent to moderators abusing their power like that and no one should EVER be blindsided like I was. Rbar’s excuse to abuse the law and his power over me: I accidentally drove through him at the speed limit while troubleshooting cruise control in the bastion taxi. I drove through him without knowing it so he stepped across that line and forced me to load illegally. He gave me no warning whatsoever and he never told me about it till after i retaliated and slammed them into a wall with my words demanding answers. I went from figuratively a peaceful goofy badger to A FURIOUS AND ENRAGED INFERNO DRAGON because of him. Never ever ever EVER force someone elses system they paid for to do what you want WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT💢
Hi Badgernado,
Please do not post rants to “Important Information,” that section is for important posts only and I have moved this post to our general discussion area. You seem to have a very strong misunderstanding of how usage rights, user end agreements and laws work so let me fix some of the misinformation in this post.
-First of all, CnR is not associated with BeamMP, they are not “BeamMP Cops and Robbers”, they are their own community that uses the BeamMP server software to run their custom game mode, as I explained to you in the ticket you filed with us.
-When you connect to any infrastructure you agree, not only to their rules, but to their terms of service. From my understanding CnR does not allow things like simplified body physics or the deletion of player vehicles. This defeats the purpose of having an interactive experience like the one CnR is attempting to provide. This is likely why their moderators have the ability to reload all vehicles to your local instance of the game. Your consent is not needed to allow their moderation and administration teams to use these features as you agreed to them by connecting to the servers that they own. Driving through other vehicles, unneeded collisions and vehicle welding are specifically mentioned in CnR’s rules as not allowed, and, your failure to follow those rules likely led to a moderator reloading the server instance. This is a function of their server that pushes updates to all connected clients, not an attack on your specific PC, and is, again, something you agree to by connecting. The reason why RandomMinds needs to announce these things to you is because you do not agree to a terms of service playing with him on random servers like the CnR community servers. Also, he’s kind of a cool guy.
-If your PC cannot run with all player vehicles and the custom infrastructure loaded in then you should not be connecting to CnR servers, or, any server that operates beyond the resources that your computer can provide. This is not the fault of the server owners or the communities surrounding them. This is an informed decision that is your responsibility to make, and as such, the responsibility of any damage or other issues that may occur with your machine when that infrastructure is used as designed are also your responsibility.
Now, when it comes to CnR I don’t have a horse in this race, I don’t play CnR myself (yet), but since you came onto the forums claiming illegal activity and legal retaliation I had to respond since you seemed under the impression that CnR is somehow affiliated with BeamMP, and I state explicitly again.
CnR is an independent entity separate from BeamMP, while their service is run using the server software that we create, we are not associated or affiliated in any way
Going forward from here you are, of course, more than welcome to remain on BeamMP, we will be happy to have you in our own events and around official and non-official servers. I thank you for your intentions of trying to warn our community about a big bad, but that’s where the chips lay.
Please feel free to reach out to me in direct messaging on Discord or the Forums if you need or want to discuss anything regarding this interaction.
Hope you have a better day,

Changed title to include “CnR” as to differentiate between a CnR complaint vs an issue within BeamMP’s reach/authority.
Complaint handled and reviewed. Forwarded to CnR administration for action within their own infrastructure. Thread has been independently archived on personal storage due to legal threats.
