i would like to say that two of your mods inside your discord servers are being too strict about the discord TOS and had banned me instead of just doing a warning, this will mark them as mod abuse along with teaming with another strict mod, this will also mark him as a admin abuser, all proof will be within the off-topic channel as not only is nouk with them as he is also using a 3rd party app, i have no other actions but i do have a proof message from carl-bot consitering that the ban was unfair and can be taken down regarding the european fair trade laws

Hi Cooper,
Sorry if it is awkward for me to be the one to process this request as I am the moderator that handled the incident that you are referring to, but I wanted to make sure you got a response so you know we are handling this issue. We have no choice when it comes to enforcing Discord Terms of Service, it is nothing personal against you, but we need to remain in compliance with rules and terms set forward by the platform. I’m unsure how other servers that you are a part of handle these things, but Discord is one of our primary communications hubs for the BeamMP project and we can’t risk falling into bad standing with Discord as a platform. The members of our moderation team, especially moderation management and leadership are members and moderators of multiple large scale communities on Discord and we have all seen servers taken down for failure to enforce TOS compliance and we don’t want to run the risk of that happening with the main BeamMP Discord.
That being said, the incident with you wasn’t going to originally be anything but a warning, however, you then threatened to report our server to Discord for failure to maintain the TOS requirements surrounding modified clients, this forced us to ban you for having a modified client, thus, proving that we do enforce the policy when it is brought to our attention.
All of this aside, as far as I am concerned you are more than welcome to go through our appeal process. By moderation policy the two mods that originally handled your case, myself and Trebor, will not be allowed to participate in your appeal. The rest of the moderation team will read through your appeal, look at the associated evidence and then come to a decision from a neutral plane.

i will happily appeal for the ban however, there is some things that you might look out for

don’t be too strict
reason: some people actually had quitted servers due to their mods being too strict, the same principle actually happened within the incident as you could instead of going WITH the conversation, you could prevent the report threat by not going with the converstion and if it DID continue, you could have stopped it with a simple mute -
what if the discord server gets taken down?
answer: if it does happen, you could make a build-in communication app within beamNG either from scratch or CEF (chromium embedded framework) -
will i be able to recover?
answer: there might be a chance that i might not be able to recover from the incident within around 2-3 months of the appeal
that is all i can say for now, you can look out for any edit when needed
