Error Code 10038(Nobody can join public)

Hello, i got a issue lately, i created a new BeamMP server for RolePlay but nobody can join because of this Error:
[ERROR] Client: connect failed! Error code: 10038

I got this from a person on my Discord server that he cant join.
I looked up the Error Code but there is no Error Code like this…
My brother joined me per Direct Connection and everything worked.
Any help please it took me very long time to make a server.

Have you had any luck with fixing this, im having the same issue I cant even log in myself.
