There aren’t supposed to be any buttons there, that’s just a landing page. The issue is that your Discord account is not confirmed/verified. You need to go into Discord and do the account verification steps like add/verify an email and/or a phone number to gain access to Discord linking. This is how websites and Discord prevent the mass creation of accounts.
