As the title says, i can spawn cars fine, but as soon as i change as simple as a bumper, the whole game freezes until i restart my pc. Even with beam mp being the ONLY mod installed, on vanilla servers.
Please try disabling the setting that disables switching to other players vehicles.
If that fails then please clear the games cache.

Yep sure enough that fixed it, saw it in another post. I thought it was bc my computer is ■■■■ but you guys did a very surprisingly well job with optimization.
