FPS drops and low FPS with RTX4060

I bought the game yesterday, what caught my eye is that I am getting very low fps,
at 1080p normal settings, I get 90 70 fps.
But in the videos on YouTube, 3060 in ultra settings is getting 70-90 fps how it can be possible.

my computer specs:
Amd ryzen 5 5600
Rtx 4060
16 gb ram ddr4
512 gb ssd

That depends highly on the map and amount of vehicles spawned. BeamNG is generally very CPU heavy, not that much GPU. So while you have a modern and powerfull graphics card, your cpu on the other side is rather mediocre.

Also, i see that you have just 16gb of ram. Ram wise you only cover the minimum requirements of the game. Recommended are 32gb
