How to be put into a queue for a server

Hi, I’m new to Multiplayer so when I saw one of my online friends streaming I wanted to join them. Unfortunately every time I tried to join the server was full this would last for a while. Later when I watched him I saw that at the top it says events queued, I was just wondering on how you would request or be put into a queue for a server so you could join quicker. As I previously said I’m new to Multiplayer and would appreciate any help I could get to understand this better if possible.

Those events are in game events such as car spawns and edits. There is no queue system to join a server yet but it’s planned.
