Buy the game on Steam. You won’t receive any support on pirate copies of the game.

No clue why are you suspecting this person of piracy. Error Codes 3 and 4 mean that the BeamMP launcher cannot create and/or read registry entries. And since Windows still stores software/system data in the registry, we should perhaps ask the OP if their username path contains only latin symbols AND if they have ever renamed their username, having left the older path names at the same place.
