I can't enter beammp

Hello,when I try to launch beammp it’s stucking on 0%.Then it says me “HTTP Get failed on Read” and “Launcher Update failed! trying again…”
I opened file as administrator and it didn’t helped me.Also i reinstalled beammp few times.Please help me.
