I cant scroll down on server list, when i try it just shoots the scroller down and servers are gone

Please describe the issue you are having in as much detail as possible:

ive tried everything mouse scroller, scroller in game it just keeps popping down and i dont have access to servers and if i do i cant get to press connect if theres a lot of text on this server iscroll to the connect button then it just flies down
