I don't see my friend on the server

I went to the server first saw it, then when the error 2 local mods appeared in the console . after that I don’t see anyone on the server

You both may be lacking an update or the files arent working. I myself have these problems regularly, so its not anything new. You can reinstall Beammp with the setup file from the homepage.
Also, restarting BeamMP and rejoining the same server may help, if you are on the newest version.
