Hello, a couple of things to check. If you click “Open Filters,” do you have any filters set that might be preventing all servers from showing?
If that’s not the issue, I’d check to see if there are any errors in the launcher. It’s the black & white command prompt box that first opens every time you run BeamMP. (By the way, that needs to stay open; if you close it out after the game launched, you could see issues similar to this).

Do you have a legitimate copy of BeamNG.Drive?
