You have not portforwarded your server.
What does it mean and how to do it?
Hi Turbo,
You will need to follow guides made specifically for your router to be able to port-forward.
Essentially what you are doing is telling your router to un-block connections communicating on a certain port, thus allowing external connections to reach your computer and vice-versa. This is required for hosting a server.
