I think his game is doing the thing where, when he spawns a car, it rejects his selection and takes him to another player instead.
Please make sure you are only spawning cars that are actually installed on the server you are playing on. It is likely the vehicle you are trying to choose is either illegal on the server or not installed on the server. Mods do not work on BeamMP unless they are installed to the server itself, you cannot use car mods installed on your PC on random or official servers. This also applies to vanilla vehicles with modified parts.
