Ip bridge not in reach

Im trying to port forward, and when i press aply an error pops up saying “IP address of port forwarding rule 1 is not within IP range of any bridge in router”

and no, i am on the portforward section, and everyone says that the ip dosent matter and that the port also dosent matter, ive tryed changing the port many times, so thats also not the case.
the ip is right, and the port is also.

Now I’ve been doing some research for the last few hours, and I found out that I need to make my IP static, as my current one is Dynamic.

Tough I just wanna note that this can come with a security risk, as your IP stays the same all the time instead of changing.
