Hello, This can be an indication of backend issues yes but it can also just mean that your host is unable to communicate with our systems.
A way that you can test this for yourself is does our website load for you?
If so you can also go to the following addresses and check that you get OK presented in the top left corner.

I’m not able to connect to any server apart from my own which I host on my local PC and even then my friend can’t join; It always just says ‘Connection Failed’.
Can anyone help?
