Is my beammp.com forum account the same account as used to login in the Beam MP game?

I don’t know for sure, but that’s how I experience it… didn’t think I had a user in the forum, then tried signing up only to see that the username was already taken, so I just logged in with the same as I log in when I play, and it worked…

Just to clarify for the future, yes. Your forum account IS your in-game account.
So, just use the same password and username for your in-game account as you used to create this forum account.

for some reason I can login to the forum with this account but not the game. Maybe the game login system is a bit broken at the moment.

A few people are currently having this issue.

For me, everything works just fine. If you still can’t log in, please note that:

  • The black command window, that opens up, has to stay open at all times (minimized works)
  • You may try to disable any Antivirus
  • Try to press the LOGOUT button in the bottom left (even if you aren’t logged in), then try logging in again

Sometimes just restarting BeamNG.drive (and opening BeamMP again) works. However, you may need to do this multiple times.
Also try to disable the BeamMP mod, and enabling it again. Make sure that you only have the BeamMP mod enabled.

If you post some more info on what the problem is, I may be able to help you out more.
