  1. You already have 1 instance of the game running which causes the 10048 error. The fastest solution to this would be to restart your pc.
  2. The initialization error window is BeamNG, not BeamMP. That particular error was fixed in the game version: 0.24.0.1. A solution to that problem as presented by BeamNG would be:
Game doesn’t launch with a 0x5000003 error. We are investigating this issue, as a workaround, pelase follow these steps:

    Create a folder that has no special characters in the path, for example C:\BeamNG
    Navigate to the game install folder (default: Steam\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive)
    Locate file startup.ini
    Open it with a text editor
    Change path (UserPath = ) to the folder you’ve created in step 1
