can someone please share a mod or plugin to set up races of any type with laps or point to point

hey i have been trying to use this but im not sure how to do it i put it into a server and a little user interface pops up but i cant do anything with it thats all i see though? do i have to include a race folder in the client folder like its a mod a long with the racemp?
