Continuing the discussion from My Discord account was compromised:

I was also banned on my other account for the same reason. Soemone hacked my account and sent a sketchy discord nitro link. I then made a new account and now when i try to rejoin the server it says “The user is banned from this guide.” Username: Who Zeke#9269

I have unbanned the account (although this is #1658 on our system).

Please ensure you have 2-factor authentication enabled.
