My Mod Cars I Downloaded Wont Spawn

I was playing beammp. When i had my mods installed. I wanted to spawn my f1 mod car but it says in the text box “You Are Not Allowed To Spawn FR17” Happens with all mod cars. How do i fix this

Spawning modded vehicles may be blocked by some servers because other players are unable to see them. The solution for this is to join a server with said mods or setup a server yourself.
