Need Help For a Private Server

I setup a beammp server on my home server in a docker for me and friends. It runs fine and I can join it local with my gaming pc. Tried to have my friend join last night with no luck. I’ve setup my port forwarding via my router. He tries joining but gets a failed message with error code 10038. I cant find any information on the forum on fixing this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

with an 80% probability, your access was not performed because your friend’s port settings were made incorrectly or incomplete. Make sure that you have opened the necessary TCP and UDP ports on the router interface and these ports from your friend’s firewall.
