Not showing ping or players on my server

Hello, I’m having a little difficulty on my server. It is not showing the players and ping.

If you use any frp software, these data will not be shown as all users have a same ip of 127.0.0.1.

I was having the same problem myself. The support team helped. The solution is to check only the TCP and UDP ports.

if you are opening your game server via a virtual server, allow ports through the firewall.

If you are opening it from your own computer, activate the necessary ports via the router.
