No, the only player limit bypass that is available is to BeamMP staff on official servers to allow in game moderation and, sadly, even staff can’t spawn more vehicles than allowed by the vehicle cap, hahaha.

Hey weird! One of the members of the development team reached out to me and apparently I am mistaken! Early Access members can spawn on ever over the limit on official servers. Somehow as an Early Access member myself I had never discovered this.
Enjoy confusing people rolling around on one vehicle servers with a trailer.
