PLEASE repair launcher error code 4

i had download this game in my first computer, it said error code 4 that i cant lauch the game and sevral second later it got dissapeard and the second computer, it got that error code 4 again!! Please tell me how do i fix that! :rage:

what is your system locale (language)?

do you have any unicode symbols in your windows username?

my system is at VietNam and i dont have unicode symbols just the name ā€œADMINISTRATORā€

no freaking way, i dont want tot spend money but how do i buy?

On Steam. You wonā€™t receive any support on pirate copies of the game.

okay. is this your first account on your computer? did you ever rename your account to ā€œADMINISTRATORā€ before? or the worst case scenario, is this your system admin account?
