■■■■■■■ hell, the sidewalls on bias-ply tyres in this game are disgusting. they do however, strangely feel more predictable than radials. the magic is in SlidingFrictCoef as they have less of it, as… any tyre should? (spoiler alert: the tyres suck in this game, big time. coefficients are often 1:1 on radials, slick or treaded, or otherwise). remember: static > kinetic. so for those who dont know or havent noticed: the tyres are dependant on the wheels, and wheels are then dependant on the amount of hub studs, and sometimes you cant choose at all because a car is hardcoded to have specific wheels or an amount of studs (centre/single/4/5-lugs), which by themselves come with a different set of wheels. you cant get the same slick rally tyre for tarmac on all the wheels, for example. the majority of bias tyres are E70-15 or F78-15 which is quite a large ratio. 560-R13 appears to be the smallest, but i couldnt find a compromise between looks and effectiveness, it just looks, again, disgusting.
omfg how much i hate imperial measurements. just delete lb and use newtons for ■■■■■ sake, otherwise write lbf (pounds of force) PROPERLY
