It looks like you port forwarded correctly EXCEPT for you IP. When port forwarding, you want to use the internal IP address of the machine that is running your server.
How to find your internal IP address
Press: windows key + r
Type: cmd
Type: ipconfig
This is your internal IP address of that machine. This is the IP that you will put into your port forward rule.
