SERVER FULL notification broken

Important Common Issues

           So basically, the game says, there are 9/10 players and when I try join, SERVER FULL and then guess what, I SEE MY NAME IN CURRENT PLAYERS BUT I SILL CANT JOIN. Maybe the page is not refreshed so I restarted the game, but the same thing, 9/10 and when I join SERVER FULL. 
           Can someone explain this?
