Stuck in loading when joining moded serv

Hi, me and my friends are getting stuck in the loading screen when we try to connect to our private server, the game runs at 60fps, everythings works on first connect, but after nothing work, like we need to create a new server each time we want to play.
The loading bar moves, but nothing other happen.

you maybe use a mod that causes this. Try pressing ESC like 6 times rapidly after another once the loading screen reached the spot in your picture. That might helps, if it doesnt then remove mod by mod from the server and see which one causes it
