T-Series Not Going Full Top Speed

Something weird is going on with my t-series build, sometimes it will go its full top speed (140 mph) and that’s with the splitter in overdrive. But sometimes it’ll max out at like 100 mph and use all my nitrous up quickly. When it does 140 mph the nitrous will last enough to get it to top speed while still having some left. Both times using the exact same tune and set to overdrive. Am I tuning wrong or is something else going on?

turbo didnt spool up to 94 psi in the gridmap one in the utah one it spooled up higher and had a terrain advantage so its just skill issue tbh
