The game is not connected to the launcher! Please start the game using the BeamMP Launcher

I get the message: “The game is not connected to the launcher! Please start the game using the BeamMP Launcher” when I click on the “Multiplayer” button after starting the game from the BeamMP Launcher.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled BeamMP and run the launcher as Administrator.

Has anyone found a fix for this?

Running BeamMP v4.7.3 and BeamNG Alpha v0.28.1 on Windows 10
