при запуске вылетает ошибка, система не видит папку, написано заново установить игру, переустановил 3 раза, изменений нету. папка: libcef.dll

This would mean that the game is missing the libcef.dll file from the games install folder. Are you using the Steam version of the game? If so you could verify your installation through steam.

If not then you would need to source libcef.dll and then put it in the folder where BeamNG.drive.exe is.
