Trying to block all edits on server

Howdy, I have a cops and robbers server utilizing CE and I am trying to disallow all edits/ custom configs. So far I have managed to blacklist everything I wanted but I don’t really understand the parts piece of the blacklist or how to use it. I am trying to create a fair experience with vanilla vehicles.
All help is appreciated!

yup! if you can find the name of a specific part in the game, you can set permission levels of specific parts by setting the key to "partlevel:[genericPartName]" then you can set the permission level of the part accordingly
