Updating the map in Snakecraft Hosting is not updating the map in the server

I think this is the right category? As listed in the title, I will update the map from Gridmap V2 to Automation Test Track and the file just switches back to Gridmap V2 or doesn’t change anything in the server. I have updated the config file, restarted the server. I have updated the config file and not restarted the server. I have gotten on the server and done the same steps again with it open in the game, and nothing happens. I have also tried copying and pasting “/levels/automation_test_track/info.json” into the startup command.

Any help in figuring out what I am missing here would be greatly appreciated. This is my first time ever messing with this stuff. Thank you.

In future, we’d advise you to contact Snakecraft Hosting’s support directly.

As they are using a game panel, you may need to adjust the config values elsewhere - please try checking the “Startup” section, if there is one?
